Meet Our Experienced Team
Northpoint Leadership CIC was founded by Abbas Najib and Peter Crowley
Abbas Najib works at the intersection of community engagement, psychology, and institutional practice. He is the CEO of Better Communities Bradford and a registered psychotherapist. His professional background also includes experience in policing and legal training.
Peter Crowley is an IT and business consultant with more than twenty years of experience working on large-scale corporate systems and digital transformation programmes. He has worked extensively with major organisations to analyse complex operational environments, identify weaknesses in systems and processes, and develop practical solutions that improve organisational effectiveness.
Together Abbas and Peter combine community insight, psychological understanding, and analytical systems thinking to develop practical guidance that helps staff and managers make better decisions in challenging environments.
