Northpoint Leadership CIC was created with a simple aim: to help organisations navigate complex situations with greater clarity, confidence, and sound judgement.
Northpoint Leadership takes a practical and analytical approach to everything that we do.
Rather than focusing on abstract theory or compliance-based training, the emphasis is on helping staff and managers understand how situations can be managed in the real world.
